Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add chicken slices and let marinate for 10 minutes.

  6. Return the chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
