Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish lightly.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread ranch dressing evenly over them.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  5. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers (or breadcrumbs) with melted butter, then sprinkle the mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
