Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions
