Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and mash them until smooth.
