Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Spread the thawed hashbrowns evenly in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Stir in shredded cheese, cooked bacon or sausage, and green onions.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrowns, ensuring an even spread.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
