In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Lay out the tortillas and evenly divide the chicken mixture among them. Roll them up tightly into wraps.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the minced garlic.
Brush the outside of each wrap with the garlic butter.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
