In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, stirring until fully coated. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds.
Spread nacho cheese sauce over the center of each tortilla.
Layer with cooked rice, seasoned beef, shredded cheddar, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.
Optional: Heat a dry skillet and toast the burrito for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
