Big Mac Snack Wraps – Easy Recipes With Ground Beef

I don’t know about you, but I’ve got a thing for drive-thru nostalgia—especially when it comes wrapped up like a burrito with no judgment and extra pickles. These Big Mac Snack Wraps are basically what happens when your fridge, your cravings, and your childhood memories get together and throw a party. We’re talking seasoned beef, melty cheese, lettuce that still crunches when you bite it, and pickles... always pickles. Wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, they’re like the classic burger’s cooler, more laid-back cousin. This is one of those quick and easy recipes that makes you feel like you’ve got it all figured out—even if you’re reheating fries while wearing fuzzy socks. I whipped these up one night when I was too tired to ‘real’ cook and too stubborn to order out. Twenty minutes later, I had something my family begged for again the next day. Now it’s on a permanent dinner rotation. If you’re into easy recipes with ground beef that somehow taste like a million bucks, or maybe you just want something that says, ‘Yeah, I cooked’ without dirtying every dish in your kitchen—this is your wrap. Bonus: it goes surprisingly well with cheesy potatoes. Or... cookies. Don’t ask. Just try it.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Add salt and pepper. Cook until fully browned, then drain any excess grease.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together mayo, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the Big Mac sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re easier to fold without tearing.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles, and a drizzle (or flood) of sauce.
  6. Wrap it up like a pro burrito roller and serve while warm. Optional: give it a little pan-fry on each side for a crispy outer shell. You earned it.
