Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Layer ham and Swiss cheese evenly over the buns.
Place the top halves of the buns on top.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, and honey.
Brush the butter mixture over the sliders.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
