Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
  5. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
  6. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture to the center, top with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
  7. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush each bomb with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional).
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
