Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
Spoon cheesecake filling into each taco shell.
Top with apple pie filling. Devour immediately or chill slightly before serving.
