Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or a light brush of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about half an inch, so they cook evenly.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to help it stick.
  4. Lightly spray or brush the chicken with oil so the crust turns golden.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place chicken in the basket without crowding.
  6. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken reaches 165°F inside and the outside is crisp.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges, salad, or your favorite dipping sauce.
