Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the almond butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Try not to eat all the dough before baking (trust me).
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto your baking sheet. Give them a little space.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are just golden. Let them cool for a few minutes before sneaking a bite.
